You will see in Article 9 – Amendment of By-Laws it states that any changes be submitted in writing to the Exec Board 10 days prior to being submitted to membership, and that a two-thirds vote of all
attendees at the business meeting is required. This means that any member in good standing can suggest, IN WRITING, any change, amendment, correction etc. to the bylaws and then everyone will get a chance to discuss and vote on such
change.
